Brown Paper Packages Mac OS

Set paper size and orientation in Pages on Mac. Most Pages templates are created for documents with standard paper sizes, but you can change a document’s paper size at any time. You can also change its orientation (portrait or landscape). Afterward, you may need to make adjustments so that the document looks the way you want. Note that pagoda2 is an R package developed for analyzing standalone scRNAseq datasets. For joint analysis of multiple datasets, please see the package conos. (The package pagoda2 is primarily used to preprocess input datasets for conos.) Several methods within this package were developed based on the originals implemented within SCDE and PAGODA1.

If you have already installed the XLingPaper package, you can get updates here. These require having installed XLingPaper version 2.10.0 or higher.

If you have modified any of the stock publisher style sheets, please be sure to make a backup of your work before running this installer. The installer may overwrite your modifications.

Instructions

  1. Exit out of the XMLmind XML Editor.
  2. Download and run the installer. For Vista and Windows 7 and above, be sure to run as administrator (right-click on the file you just downloaded and choose “Run as Administrator”).
  3. After the installer is done, start up the XMLmind XML Editor.

Instructions

  1. Exit out of the XMLmind XML Editor.
  2. Download the dmg file.
  3. Open it.
  4. Double click on the package icon to run the installer.
  5. After the installer is done, start up the XMLmind XML Editor.

NOTE:

if you get a message about “can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer”, try right-clicking on the icon and choosing Open and then click on Open. See here.

Instructions

  1. Exit out of the XMLmind XML Editor.
  2. Download the installer somewhere on your computer.
  3. Extract the contents of the installer.
  4. Using a Terminal window, navigate to where you extracted the installer.
  5. For version 7.3+ of the XMLmind XML Editor, type sudo ./installconfigonly-xxe7 and press ENTER.
    For version 5.3 of the XMLmind XML Editor, type sudo ./installconfigonly and press the ENTER.
  6. After the installer is done, start up the XMLmind XML Editor.
